For over 20 years, I've been whipping shea butter, mango butter, and cocoa butter in my own kitchen — not as a business, but as a mama. My son and I both live with severe eczema, and I needed something real for our skin. Something hydrating. Something that keeps us moisturized and healthy.

So I learned. I played with oils, pigments, and blends until I got it right — for us. My husband won't touch store-bought lotion to this day — he only wears what I make.

I love making sugar and salt scrubs too — so many benefits, so many mixtures, endless ways to make them yours.

I'm a Pisces, deeply creative by nature — DIY projects are my favorite thing to do when I have free time. This was never just a hobby. It's who I am.

Now I'm sharing my favorite hobbies with my community.

Made By YOU Lab is my DIY Creative Experience Studio in Broadview, Illinois — built for grown women who want a night out that's actually fun. It started with one sold-out night: 35 women, R&B playing, custom sugar scrubs and lip gloss in hand. Zero complaints, all great reviews, and everybody asking "when's the next one?"

Now every Lab night is a different experience — whipped shea butter, vision boards, scrubs, sip & paint, seasonal crafts. You create it, you customize it, you take it home. Come with your girls or roll solo and leave with new friends.

We also host private parties: ladies nights, birthdays, bachelorettes, and team-building experiences. Bring the crew, bring a meal, pick your vibe — theme nights are encouraged, never required.
